How to know if you have received our order ?

You will receive an e-mail with your order number and details of your articles confirming that your order is processed in our system. When your new articles will be shipped, we will send you an e-mail order.

I haven’t received a confirmation e-mail

A confirmation email is sent automatically after each command. If you have not received, this may be for the following reasons:

  • The email is in your Spam box;
  • The email address provided when the order is not correct. In this case, we will correct it with the right email address and we will send out the emails you would otherwise receive. Please write us and we will correct all this.
Can I cancel or change my order once it is placed ?

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, we can neither cancel nor change the items in your order. However, if you had to change the delivery address, we suggest you to contact our customer service once you have received your confirmation e-mail. We will be happy to help you by e-mail.

Where do we deliver ?

We currently ship worldwide with the exception of a few countries.

What are our shipping rates ?

Due to very high shipping costs from Switzerland and our very thin margins, the shipping costs 15% of the order, but maximum CHF 15. Please take advantage of this and order enough!

What are the delivery times ?

Please check the Swiss Post table to have an idea of the transit time to your country (green column, “International ECONOMY letter”). In any case, your order will be delivered within a period of 6 weeks maximum. Unfortunately, no tracking is available.
